I guess that's what it is: If something feels boring, do something else. If THAT feels also boring... and the NEXT thing, and the thing AFTER that... then, well maybe this game isn't for you, which is totally legitimate.

So far, I've always found some thing in Valheim that is fun for me. If I don't, I stop playing and do something else.

At one time in WoW during Burning Crusade, I was grinding a lot of reputation and some particles for a certain mage armor.

THIS was grinding of the most obnoxious sort and I really NEVER want to get back to it. Valheim, in contrast, always allows me to do something else, that is more fun. So I still enjoy it.

Will that last "forever"? Probably not, but for now, it's fun, and that is all I can ask.
