That's simply not true. Anyone with simple mods can spawn in whatever on any server they have access to, not just the server owner. Griefers hit any servers with public passwords because they are just genuinely terrible people who only can find enjoyment in ruining things for others.

I don't mod my game so I have no idea what people with mods can do.

The main point though is that there are no "official" servers.
If the server admin/owner decides to let people do whatever it is still their choice. That would tell me i wasn't wanted there. Unless you like being treated like that?
