Unfortunately, it seems Valheim isn't setup for IPv6 connection. However, I read an older thread about using IPv6 here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/892970/discussions/1/3192487178171659613/?ctp=2

Check out the last response before Daddy closed the thread. Maybe that's an option for you?
