shouldnt be any desync on a proper dedicated sever, upload speed per player is very important when playing p2p, you dont want anyone with a bad connection. Most desync is p2p and when 1 or more players has a bad connection and/or bad upload speed.#

Ask everyone you play with to go to speedtest and check their upload speeds.
