I can set you up on a google cloud instance of Valheim, all you need is a google account and a debit card for billing. (I won't have any access to this information, you will add me as an admin who cannot see you billing details). Cheapest option out there for you and I'll show you how to turn it on and off and update it yourself when new content is added. Add me and we can discuss.
