AS for your question, I found multiple small to medium sized swamp, and a very large one that takes almost 2-3 in game days to cross (that one was explored with friends back when they were still playing the game) And even that one didnt have any, had to join one of their servers so they could at lest show me what the crypts even look like, and yeah, no luck for me.
