The type of raid depends on what bosses have been defeated on the world.
its only been like 4 days since i bought the game, killed 2 bosses and farmed ogres for ogre armor upgrades and stuck at bronze

my workstations at lvl 4 as highest, trying to reach the swamp once ive finished ny new base so just because ive killed the 2nd boss then i will get raids from the swamp ?

Yes, if you don't want the harder raids, avoid killing the bosses until your base is ready for them. Many people have Vanity/Base homeworlds and then a world for explorations/fighting.

I personally have 1 coop world that I build roads on and themed towns for everyone to live in/around, 1 trash world for item dumps, 1 farming world for wood/stone, and 1 solo world which is a duplication seed of my coop world where I keep my main fortress/base.

I don't know if they ever fixed it but the game gets really choppy after some time if you do too much deforesting and mining. I try to avoid destroying the native terrain as much as possible and building more into the land rather than manipulating it massively.

There's really only 3 things you need from what I've gathered in my playtime up to the Iron Age, and that is... a portal to the trader in your main base, a blank portal in your main base, and a portal altar/structure type building at your trader that can take you to any of your waypoint portals, mining camps, or forward operating bases.
