In the Mountains now (looking ahead to Mistlands) and quite challenging still. Know enough to stay in a Frost Cave over night to avoid 2-star wolves but plenty of the usual type plus drakes, golems and being stupid enough to fall and break my neck. The cultists have definitely not been nerfed.
