My very first seed, you start on a flat spot. Plenty of rivers which is my soft spot in this game
A few meters due south is a small flat peninsula (so by the sea) is where I built.
Also the second closest swamp to the north is absolutely PACKED with crypts, at the time I counted about 25 and there was more as I stopped counting
And further to the northeast is by far the largest swamp I've ever seen. Elongated but also packed with crypts (around 55 of them but they are more further apart)
