They should put iron nodes in the mountains or plains. I play single player but me and my bro play the same world and it was hard just finding enough iron for us both to upgrade our weapons and armor (that was an old world pre mistlands) Some swamps have many crypts, while others have none. Mining iron nodes barried in the swamp is a pita because of the water.
