It's a real pain. Here's what you gotto do.
- build the new pen where you want it.
- create a path between the old pen and the new pen using the hoe (this is mainly to help with step 3)
- line both sides of the path with fence
- open the pen to give your boar access to the path
- pull out a torch and chase your boars down the path
- when they're in the new pen you can close it off and you're done
