You must be using windows as your OS?
If so, here's few ones to try;
When you start loading into the world and have a black screen, do not touch anything for 10minutes or windows will shank you.
If you had a mod previously, manually go and delete those folders& files.
Try forcing vulkan
Disable HDR and reboot.

Hopefully these will help, tell us if some of them did.
