This is your issue. Best Buy PCs are filled with bloatware and overpriced low-mid tier hardware. At minimum, you should wipe the OS, install it from scratch so you get rid of the bloatware, and install your drivers for the hardware manually.

What is bloatware? Are you referring to active programs? I checked those and there's nothing really additional as far as I can see. The only bloatware I can think of were those annoying anti-virus ads for mccaffee. Are you saying there are hidden cpu / ram sucking programs? xD
