Drivers have historically had issues with certain games. Much like how beta drivers are catered to specific games, but can wildly affect other games.

Using a driver wipe utility also removed all settings, so if any bad settings were causing it as well - it removes the problems until manually reset.

I've had 3 people host without issues, I've hosted without issues. High amounts of entities, slowly increasing player numbers. We have no lag or graphical issues except for the second it saves, then it's 100% fine.

Are you sure it's not low specs on your end?
