Deathsquitoes? They almost always die in a single hit and if you're paying attention you can hit them from range with a bow. If they get close you can dodge their attacks fairly easily, block and kill them with one hit after they attack, or hit them when they approach you if you have decent timing. The only people who have a hard time are people who haven't geared up enough and aren't familiar with them. After you see these little devils a few times they become rather easy even if your gear isn't good enough.
