One of those huge stone rocks in the plains would be a good foundation for such a project. If you not want to build in plains, then plant a tree (those high ones from black forest) and build around it. Only thing you have to deal with is the crown of the tree, how to integrate it in your build. Maybe an in-house garden area or something like that.
