Bonemass power is your friend, don't ever bother raiding a fulling camp without it and stamina potions. They did mention they want to nerf fullings a little, whether that'll come with Hearth & Home or a future combat update I don't know. You'll get used to them, they're easy to game their animations and parry. If you get overrun use the poison bombs, they won't deal a ton of damage but they make the AI back off a bit (assumedly the smell) and a dps increaser is a dps increaser.
