It seems the game isn't optimized for newer hardware for some reason. I recently went from an ancient RX480 to a 6700XT and I get worse performance in this game and this game only. Seems both NVIDIA and AMD newer GPUs don't like this game. You are better off with a 1070ti than a 3080ti it seems. But only this game though. In my 400+ game library this is the only one. Hopefully the devs will address this sooner or later.
