Stand on top of it or right next to it, then in the same console that you used for the spawn command, type "forcedelete [item_id]" (where [item_id] is the same one you used in the spawn command)

Putting a number between the command and the item_id will tell it what radius to cover, up to a maximum of 50 meters. You have to specify the item_id for getting rid of a specific thing, otherwise the command will destroy EVERYTHING within the given radius.

EDIT: I hate the keyboard on this laptop. Space key hardly ever likes to respond.
