Not liking something and something being broken and unplayable are different. I myself hate the swamp too, but I can play it. The mistlands however are broken, because it's impossible to see.

It is not impossible to see. There are large portions of ML where there is no mist. They give you multiple tools to clear the mist, or, if you want a wider vista, you can climb a rock and get above the mist pretty much wherever you are.

Obviously there are quite a few that don't like the mist, but "not liking something and something being broken and unplayable are different". Clearly ML is not broken and unplayable...
