Yeah, but without armor a simple deathsquito does 90 damage, with full upgraded wolf armor they do... 30ish? The champions and elite versions of enemies are supposed to deal a lot of damage. But even early game, compare a normal greydork brute smack without armor to full lvl 1 troll armor, without it's like 25, with... 6? Armor does a lot, just gotta be careful with the more difficult enemies
