if you start seeing stuff like this happening a lot; it's not a good sign for
your video card; possibly overheating

if you're trying to run the game at 4K resolution or >60 fps
I would guess that could result in video errors; it's not a 4K game

if you just installed a new video driver you might roll it back
I suppose you could also check if your naked character has this effect
