I do not see a mace, sledge or stagbreaker in your list of preparations. Bonemass is resistant to everything except blunt, and the adds are vulnerable to that also. Flatten and clear the area. Put down a few campfires so it stays clear. Chug the poison resist mead and play a slow game of ring around the skull.
