and yes they can glitch out from the fench. if close to the water high waves can wash your boars away.

My **boars were on the far edge of my starter island right next to a chunk of Black Forest. The rest of the island (it's seems pretty big so far) only has no stars or *boars. I've been able to SLOWLY get wild **boars to chase me to other bases because I have no harpoons, etc. to drag them. Since I've not really explored beyond this island (with +600 game days) I've not left too many stones unturned. There's actually a piece of Mountain biome that I've bumped into also but have not explored with my lower end gear.

Halfdan, I'm pretty far inland and the water table I've hit is connected to a creek and doesn't go up and down unlike nearer the coastal beaches. The simple fence containing the boars is completely inside my moated and walled base so if they glitched thru it would be into an area they couldn't likely walk out of either. A mystery to keep an eye on.
