You aren't if your pc doesnt run a 3070 or better, it's quite poorly optimized for what it is and how it looks. You can try the game once it doesnt turn your computer into a nuclear reactor

my RX460 gives me 25-50 fps depending on biome. 3070 should be pretty much overkill for this game
