Another little shortcut to finding your main game files - Right click on Valheim in your library > Manage - click on Browse Local Files - you'll get popped straight into the main folder for the game.

A quick correction Latcady, that leads you to the main steam folder, not the appdata folder.

If this is now the folder where the save files are, that is ok but from information online it should be appdata :o
