I don't really need the bones, but I still like this event. I have an iron mace so they basically just explode as I swing which is oddly satisfying. Even managed to get a rancid remains trophy.

Although I kind of wish that they had a system where a specific event is less likely to occur twice in a row. I've been patiently waiting for more drake events to get more freeze glands without risking mountains just yet (I can handle mountains, but I also haven't beaten bonemass yet, but it's a MP server where another has already) and yet all I keep getting is a whole lot of skeletons punctuated by the occasional troll raids. Sort of wish that if one event is selected it is less likely to be selected as the raid type when another raid starts later.
