I think perhaps you may want to consider a more flexible way of looking at the situation with the game. Remember it's still in EA and being developed and, quite frankly, issues happen/exist. By using admin commands(ie things the devs put in the game to help facilitate the occurrences of such issues so that players can help themselves and as well if segments of players want to play the game in a more relaxed way of course), you're able to make your issue become a non issue.

After all, the issue you encountered (as described) is not an intended thing to occur in the game, even though it did.

But yes, if you do wish to consider it a challenge, that is of course entirely up to you. I'm just mentioning all this to perhaps give a different perspective on it.

Anyway, hopefully it'll not happen to you again at least.

And lastly, you may want to post about that having happened in the feedback/bug related section too so that if there is a way that devs can replicate the issue, then they may also be able to resolve it for the sake of others in the future.
