Yeah right those! The top is a Fenris hair "hanging carpet" and on the bottom I seen so far between 2 and 4 of those rasta locks looking things. It looks like between 1 and 5 can hang there, you can interact with them which makes them drop and you can loot them. Then you can also use your Bow to shoot down the hanging carpet part to!
And behind is always a Red jute hanging carpet... don't forget to loot that as well.

I would definitely like it if either the Werewolves outside []i]also[/i] had a chance to drop Fenris hair... or every Ulv drops between 1 and rarely 2 inside those Caves. I killed allot of them and if you come out of a Cave with more then 20 Fenris hair you are lucky. I had most often between 10 and 15.
