Not a fan of locked content like that but in this case its pretty fair.

Its always gonna be in grey area but whats the point of a cosmetic item that indicates you are this or that (early adopter, mod/admin, dev etc) if everyone could wear it. Just play and if you fancy better drip mod the game.

theres a mod? what is it called and not to mention would that not break multiplayer
