If you want to enjoy the game without the raids you can do that, I also believe you can disable the individual raid that’s causing you problems. It is cheating though, but most might see it as a work around to what they feel should be an option. It’s called reset keys, you can google how to reset the keys.

Another alternative is to have a map for your main base, and a map for exploring and beating the bosses so that raids don’t mess you up. Bit counter intuitive if you ask me but hey the devs are busy on fixing stability and stuff first so…
