Just a couple of spins on the map generator showed that it should be possible.

lHDUKvyMq8 has a large island with a bit of meadows, and Moder and Yagluth. Looks tough, and there's not much swamp, so iron could be scarce, but I think it would work. It even connects to ashlands for future expansion!
