You edit a text file with things like true, false, or a number value for various things. It tells you what everything is for. Might want to backup the default text file before you change anything. It requires BepinEx. I personally use Vortex from Nexus to handle the download and dependencies, but I believe that Thunderstore has it too along with its own manager.
