Funny, the only time I had this happen was when I was pulled up against one of them big turtles in the ocean. Big wave basically caught it alongside the edge of them and flipped it. Simultaneously my buddy got a raid at the base when he was very unprepared. So I couldn't go back until he came to get me. Just sat there fishing on its back until I got saved.
