If you keep strafing to the right, the only attack it has that can reach you is the ground slam. The left arm swings in a wide arc around the left side of it and the right arm has always been a forward jab when I've fought them. I just chop them up with a sword no problem. 2/3 of their attacks are literally unable to reach you if you just keep walking or running towards its right rear leg
