What exactly does that mean?
Is the game (always) modded or not and how do you define the difference?

there is a programme called wemod which you can use to give you basically what the devcommands do but in more details so the game itself is not modded but the mods are injected in, so if i play with friends on ;xbox i can have god mode but they wont even if its their server, i only use these mods when building as you can easily turn on things like no crafting requirements etc no work bench or materials required.
