Start a fresh solo game with a new character and try for a no death run. It is quite the challenge to make sure you plan things out carefully to avoid doing anything dumb to get yourself killed.

I always made sure on my no death runs to not play tired. Tended to make dumb mistakes if I was playing too late. Silly stuff like forgetting to eat etc.. really was annoying to end a run due to something dumb. Also avoiding glitches/bugs... getting stuck in terrain would end a run also.

Did a few no death runs myself and now playing a new seed with a new character I am being a bit more aggressive in my playstyle since I am not worrying about death now... still don't want to die due to skill loss but not too worried about it ending a run.
