you can try to:
place a wall and then hold shift while holding the floor piece onto tha wall
this might help adjust the height a little
i you go to low the part might snap
if you go to high the parts turns red

its fiddly
i use this to lower my foundation walls a bit into the ground

once the part has the height you need, place it and snap the others onto it
