I don't know, technically I could do a speed run in under an hour with no mods.. here is how.

-devcommands
-debugmode
-exploremap
Hit "Z"
Go to first boss.
-spawn TrophyDeer 3
Summon first boss.
Hit "k" when it is done spawning.
Collect trophy, go to Elder...

You see where I am going with this?
