I wonder how long one would spend on the game if they just spawned everything in, built what they wanted, and then just sat there and went "mhmm that's a built building alright"? Like a whole 5 minutes? How about just play the game? How would you like it if I said that "I don't feel like grinding in Tetris for 1000 hours to get good, but instead I just want to cheat in 99999999 on the high score board and call it a day."
