Ok here's what I found, not major but quite cool and very new to me despite my 100's of hours of game time...

I was digging deep for silver ore and unearthed a skeleton, I was able to pick it up and along with the bones I got a silver necklace. Luckily for me, I needed one more to make a chest and hadn't found one in my last 5 caves.
