...which is why when out exploring a new area, I carry enough resources to build a portal back to the hub...and of course, rename your 'return' portal first! I plan out my explorations before I head out, establishing the portal is #1 on the list[where we goin', what we doin'?]. I have both setups in my main base, dedicated paths I constantly run to and a generic, 'out visiting' portal setup. I also keep namingConventions in iterations; Swamp1, Swamp2, etc...Plains1, Plains2. There are also unique names as well...the main point is to be organized when dealing with portals.
