Game is viking adventure about sailingsexploring new lands defeating monsters.
The game play (My impression,2 yrs ago) Hit tree for almost an entire minute,then hit another tree for almost another minute.Craft some furniture to craft some crappy tools.Kill some stupid animals, go on beach collect some stones to craft the next crappy essential item. Lol.
You know what is real viking game ?Rune, from year 2000.Now the question is all this passive aggressiv/snarky internet people - are they evejn older than that game ?

If you play enough of the game you will be able to upgrade to better tools..

Games like this.. starting out is always a bit of a grind tools wise,

Kill the first boss, get the pickaxe, go mine up tin and copper, craft a bronze axe, chop trees down a little faster .. keep playing, make it to the swamp.. upgrade to iron tools, chop n mine even faster .. so on and so forth,

That is pretty much the way these types of games work, You start out with low grade tools and weapons, by end game, high grade tools and weapons, go from 10+ hits to fell a tree and collect the wood, to a few swings at most with the high grade tools, If you are annoyed about that and find it rather boring .. this game it not for you
