I was in the same situation. So I came back, put a portal in a safe place but not that far from the ennemies.
Then I use a basic bow with fire arrows. Naked (with some food for stamina still).
Mosquitos will be oneshooted.
Goblins have to be kited so you need to keep some stamina to sprint away before their attack hit you.
You will maybe need to try more than once depending of your skill. But all these crafted bows will be recovered and you will maybe use them again an other day ;).

If you succed, all this will be a good memory else it's a big frustration ;)
