Edit - I figured it out. There were mods breaking my game.

These mods are:

Vitality

HoldAttack

CraftingWithContainers

SimpleRecycling

HookGenPatcher

PTB Mods do not work on Vanilla the most Mods are updatet for Mistland atm so you need older Mods to work with Vanilla.
