Well you just have to go out there and clear if of enemies so they will respawn right away. Some days you might get three sets of lox.

it literally took a full day of 6 ingame hours for anything to respawn. So clearing it of enemies is no big feat if you were implying that i waited for the currently spawned enemies to move away, no i killed everything the moment it spawned.
