Well it depends on your definition, but I used Fenris as the seed and its ok apart from finding the vendor and I have not looked for Yagluth yet. Go north from the portal about 5-10 minutes and you can set up a base close to iron, silver and copper. You will need a raft to get to Moder and Bonemass, though it was a little rough getting to the mountain to plant the portal for Moder.
