nah no trolls i just started barely placed few palissades and spikes and i got forest is moving literally every 2-3 days ,i played alot few months ago and never got such things raid was usually every 2-3 weeks,yep but im not strong enough to fight such waves so often hand to hand and when i stay on my pallisaded hill those f..tards bash my ship ...
I have feeling it turned really alot more tedious grindy with this food updates .

Your defenses essentially make you prone to being easily raided/damaged.

As someone else already said, you need to make high earthen walls and/or a moat/trench.

Most mobs with most raids are vertically challenged. If they cant get to you or your structures, they'll just stand there.

Later though there are some aerial mobs that can of course raid you that will make things more challenging but by then you'll have better protections to make it moot.
