something is wrong here. My 3070 does 120-165 FPS 1440p with everything maxed. use DDU to uninstall your drivers and install them again fresh.
Yeah right... i call MAJOR BS on that.
7700K+3080 here.
I cap my fps at 120 and it usually sits at approx 120.
