Yeah like that. Would be neat :) Could make it to where only one 'head on a pole' could be displayed in that area of effect, which would make you really have to consider which to use and where. So do you protect your treasure room against Trolls? Or should you protect against Greydwarves or maybe your menace is something else? You wouldn't be able to protect stuff against everything, you'd have to put careful consideration into it depending on the value of what you were trying to protect.

Me personally? I'd place normal and grey dwarf shaman totems along my roads because they are a pain in the bootie when I am fighting with a cart full of wood. Later when they put in beast of burden it will scare away baddies so my mule doesn't go running off with my wood. Haha
